Amgen Sr Associate IS Analyst in Warsaw, Poland

Qualifications & requirements :

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Degree qualification, or equivalent in Computer Science

  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certified

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Windows platforms (Windows 7, Windows 10)

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Office2016, Office365, One-Drive etc.)

  • A good working-knowledge of Microsoft’s Active Directory and Exchange principles

  • Strong skills in an ITSM platform for Incident / Asset Management and Service Requests

  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow ITSM application advantageous

  • Mobile Device Management Concepts

  • Familiarity of AirWatch’s MDM Solution advantageous

  • Project Management skills

  • Vendor Management

  • Excellent written and verbal communications

  • Ability to translate technical issues into business-language, at various levels

Responsibilities :

  • Local lead on the management of:

Asset Management of Workstations / Mobile Devices / Tablet Computing

Software license management

Procuring new equipment

Managing roll-outs & upgrades

New Starter process

Assisting with troubleshooting when required by Global teams

Implementing Policies & Procedures

Providing support to new-starters through IT inductions

  • Accountable for localized IS Services across Poland, Russia and Czech Republic

  • Provide project management coordination and oversight for IT initiatives

  • Create roadmaps for any localized IS services

  • Represent the IS Security team locally in response to security threats and promoting security awareness throughout the business
