Amgen Digital Marketing Manager in Warsaw, Poland

The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to Head of Finance & SME in the affiliate. In this role the candidate will implement, setup and execute multichannel campaigns and projects aligned with internal stakeholders (Brand Leads) and strictly cooperate with regional EU Multichannel Team.

Responsibilites:

  • Shape affiliate Multichannel strategy and coordinate multichannel projects on the affiliate level

  • Act as a leading business partner to Brand Leads and Medical and support brand planning process from the multichannel strategy perspective

  • Drive locally ACE implementation and act as SPOC for HQ

  • Engage and interact with stakeholders in HQ (close cooperation, participation in intl projects)

  • Provide support in SEO (search engine optimization) analysis for websites

  • Plan, manage and implement the national e-campaign calendar working closely with internal teams and external agencies

  • Cooperate with legal, compliance and regulatory department to meet Amgen requirements

  • Support field force in CRM MC functionalities

  • Monitor financial aspects with regard to multichannel materials creation

  • Update corporate website via CMS platform

  • Deliver input and guidance to Marketing and Medical

  • Liaise with Internal Departments to Gather Web Content

  • Manage relations with 3rd party digital agencies

  • Work closely with other team members to align digital and content strategy across platforms and ad channels

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing

  • Analyze digital metrics using Google Analytics

  • Deliver reporting & post implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement of digital marketing campaigns and programs

  • Ensure knowledge transfer to all stakeholders on the affiliate level

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience with Digital Media and in Digital Marketing

  • Pharma experience would be an additional asset

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and content management (also social media platforms)

  • Experience in implementation and administration of digital channels (webinars, webcasts, websites, e-mail-marketing, video marketing, 3rd party channels)

  • Experience in monitoring/tracking of digital activities

  • Strong knowledge of SEO & Analytics (e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics)

  • Ability to manage both local and national e-campaigns

  • An analytical thinker with the ability to make robust decisions to demonstrate clear business ROI for all activities

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well independently and in a team

  • Potential for further growth within local or regional structures

  • A confident communicator, both oral and written

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Proficiency in Polish & English (oral & written)
