Finance Business Partner, Amgen Finland & Baltics
We are now looking for a full time Finance Business Partner to be based in Finland, Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania. The person will report to the Finance & SME Lead Finland and Baltics located in our office in Espoo, Finland.
Main Responsibilities
Act as local point of contact between the regional Finance Hub/SSC and local teams for frequent deliverables (e.g. Forecasting) for Finland and Baltic countries
Sparring partner for the local Sales and Marketing teams on Sales Forecasting
Ensuring the quality of the sales system submissions
Carry out the Cost management check meetings with key local stakeholders and budget owners (monthly/quarterly)
Developing data analytics to enhance better external data usage for local business needs
Collaborating with the local teams in Business case preparations (analysis, Sales & OPEX insights)
Supporting local Brand teams with local patient models
Support local Brand teams with activity planning and ensuring quality Forecast submissions
Managing Opex (Operating Expenses) accrual process at quarter and year-end
Supporting the Finance Lead in Tax profit analysis
Help the local organizations to gain better financial insights by providing financial analysis support and guidance as needed.
Minimum Requirements
University Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
More than 3 years of experience in an equally demanding position in an international and matrix environment
Strong communication skills with proactive mindset
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop recommendations
Strong capability of analyzing and developing sales reporting
Demonstrated ability to collaborate, negotiate and persuade
3 years of demonstrated proficiency in accounting, budgeting and planning
Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
3 years of work experience with SAP, Hyperion planning or equivalent reporting system
Willingness and potential for learning and development
Preferred Requirements
MBA would be an advantage
Development of sales reporting systems
Strong project management skills
Basic knowledge of US GAAP, applicable accounting and consolidation
Demonstrated leadership skills
Experience of combining large data sets from different sources
