Amgen Business Excellence Manager-MEA in United Arab Emirates
•Drive overall capabilities build up across MEA countries with high focus on customer facing capabilities for commercial/PVA and in alignment with Medical•Drive all sorts of Sales Force Effectiveness activities across MEA Region•Orchestrate the collection, analysis of secondary market data and strategic insights, helping in transforming it into meaningful strategies with actionable recommendations to business stakeholders•Create productive relationship and oversight with assigned SME country leads and Training and development leads.•A holistic customer insight monitoring system implementation and oversight•Understand and interpret business requirements to design, implement and maintain Databases, Data warehouses and reporting systems•Ensure delivery of business analyses and benchmark performance of countries within the organization and against competition to support country and product related strategy definition and decision making •Independently plan, design, and conduct multiple simultaneous complex projects in support of the Regional strategic plans, proactively defining the critical path, anticipating potential obstacles, and recommending actions to keep projects on track•Coordinate with countries to review compliance/complement market segmentation approach, metrics, training and system requirements•Develop new business models (i.e. digital marketing, sales, hybridization promotion models) and after testing, implement at full scale•Responsible for all CRM related matters & SIP setup, monitor and actual results , Run and follow up with marketing market research activities•Ensure that both routine and ad-hoc projects meet expectations for quality, timeliness, and budget•Develop a collaborative relationship with the Regional and country teams to leverage available information and key learnings.•Manage external vendors and consultants to enable effective project execution.
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.
Extensive experience of Marketing, SFE, data mining, business analytics, competitive intelligence and/or market analysis.
Fluency with global secondary data sources (IMS MIDAS, Cegedim, etc)
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English.
Strong project management skills. Demonstrated analytical skills with a client service orientation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Travel will be required
Additional to English, fluency in Arabic/French preferred.
Experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry preferred.
Work experience with MEA countries preferred.
Previous experience developing data warehouses, automated reported tools.
