What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be part of the Operations Business Analysis (BA) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team, with the responsibility of delivering financial analysis for key initiatives and decisions to support Operations.
Coordinate portfolio priorities and support project continuity between the BA team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
Complete/ review key operations related analysis for Therapeutic Area Governance (TAG), Portfolio Governance (PG), PG Core, Investment Lifecycle Management (ILM), Operations Network Governance (ONG), and others as needed
Liaise with key members of Operations, R&D Finance, and Commercialization teams for TAG & PG related analysis
Serve as key financial support to Operations Strategic Product Review (OSPR) for all decision-making analyses including Site selections, Format and Scale decisions, and any other ad-hoc assessments
Provide relevant analyses for potential M&A and licensing Ventures (Business Development Support)
Provide financial insights to the Global Operational Leads (GOL) and Therapeutic Area (TA) heads
Ownership of ad hoc analyses to support operations strategic decisions and be the SME for operation’s financials
Identify opportunities and deliver continuous improvements to enhance BA model and processes through digital automation, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of finance experience
Or
Associate’s degree and 6 years of finance experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of finance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
Financial modelling and analytical experience in a complex and fast paced environment
Exposure to Cost Accounting principles
Problem solving and analytical skills including the ability to synthesize and manage complex data sets into meaningful and clear insights.

The annual base salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $73,494 - $91,395.
