Globally, Amgen is evolving to align people, processes and technologies to meet our customers where, when and how they want to be met (C360). This role, on the Global Commercial Capabilities - C360 Campaign Operations team, directly supports the design of the desired customer experience, including identification of initiatives, tactics, and campaigns that create an experience for the customer that engages them at moments that matter with the right content to drive brand growth.

Customer Experience Design (Customer touchpoints, desired experiences / sentiments): Utilizing Brand strategy, customer journey leverage points, key segments with digital affinities and preferences, Behavioral objectives per segment, segment-specific insights, key messages per segment and content plan as inputs, the Campaign Operations lead designs cross-channel visual customer experiences for each campaign by integrating selected messages, formats and channels.
Campaign Planning (Customer interactions: tactics, content, visualizations, channels, sequencing) - The Campaign Operations Lead takes each Customer Experience Design campaign and feeds them through a 4-phase planning process:
Campaign Ideation - Develop message flows and build campaign objectives per segment. Prepare campaign calendar considering other relevant events (such as conferences). Output - Campaign plan with messages per segment
Campaign (co-) Creation - Integrate selected messages, formats and channels into engaging campaign designs. Align tactical strategy across functions (Medical, Payor, Patient Access, Field, Marketing) and match combinations of messages, formats and channels with existing modular content. Campaign plans should address concrete customer barriers (message flows to achieve behavioral objectives) and may incorporate platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Health/Service Cloud, VEEVA Sales CRM, Websites and 3rd Party Channel Partners (e.g. Medscape, Doximity). Output - Campaign brief, journeys and schedules per segment
Campaign Execution Preparation – Ensure operational readiness of campaigns with the Global Service Center, GCOIS and Global Data and Analytics partners. Ensure dynamic content development wireframe requirements are understood by Design Agencies, enabling the Service Center to quickly produce necessary content for campaign deployment. Escalate and address Connected Data & Integration Needs. Output - Campaign brief, journeys and schedules per segment ready to be programmed
Campaign Metrics (Cross-Channel Campaign Measurement & Reporting) - The Campaign Operations lead facilitates the definition and documentation of how the success of the campaign will be measured with the Commercial Data and Analytics Data Sciences team. This team also defines AI Next Best Customer Engagement KPI's / algorithm's / Business Rules & Triggers to drive automated personalization across channels. The Campaign Ops leads facilitate the design of the Campaign Promotional Testing Plan with Data Sciences along with the Tagging Strategy that enables reporting, measurement and campaign optimization.
What we expect of you

Doctorate degree and 2 years of sales and/or marketing operations experience
Master’s degree and 4 years of sales and/or marketing operations experience
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of sales and/or marketing operations experience
Associate’s degree and 10 years of sales and/or marketing operations experience
High school diploma / GED and12 years of sales and/or marketing operations experience
