What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this dynamic role you will be responsible for handling high priority projects spanning across the organization. Responsibilities include:
Plan and implement projects
Help define project scope, goals and results
Define tasks and required resources
Lead project teams, create project schedules and timelines
Track results, monitor, and report on project progress
Present reports on progress as well as problems and solutions to partners
Implement and manage change to meet project outputs
Assess project results post implementation
What we expect of you
We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The Project Management professional we seek is a collaborative partner with these qualifications.
- Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 2 years of experience in Operations/life science OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in Operations/life science industry OR Associate’s degree & 10 years of experience in Operations/life science OR High school diploma / GED & 12 years of experience in Operations/life science
MBA or MS in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other Engineering subject areas with 5 years of experience in Operations/life science
Able to develop and work in a hard-working environment
Strong interpersonal and communication experience with the ability to effectively interface across all levels of the organization and deliver concise messaging.
Identify or lead focus area projects within the overall function of project management or related projects
Implement tools, techniques and processes to provide or create information to enable informed decision making
Demonstration of strong problem-solving skills, good eye for business, and high-level critical thinking
Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration, leadership, flexibility, listening skills
Ability to operate in a matrixed team, works well in an ambiguous, ever changing environment
Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain, drug development, and manufacturing processes
Ability to handle a high-volume of projects simultaneously while consistently delivering quality end-product
Experience with project management tools and collaboration practices including MS Teams, whiteboards/workshops, and continuous improvement methodologies
Strong working understanding of Smartsheets, MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
