Amgen Marketing Sr Manager, Enbrel, Dermatology Marketing in Thousand Oaks, California
The US Marketing Senior Manager, Enbrel® Dermatology Marketing, will support the development and execution of strategic imperatives and promotional tactics for Enbrel®.
1.Contributes to development and execution of the commercial strategy plan for Enbrel® Dermatology within a competitive environment (both personal and non-personal promotions).
2.Leads projects by collaborating with external vendors and internal departments including global marketing, market research, legal, regulatory, medical affairs, value and access, corporate compliance and IS.
3.Develops brand tools and messages for use on digital platforms.
4.Partners with Multi-Channel Marketing to develop non-personal promotions and metrics.
5.Collaborates with the salesforce, including the Field Input Team, to ensure effective, impactful, promotional tools and programs as well as Sales Training to execute world class training.
6.Leads congress presence and engagement with HCPs.
7.Engages in day-to-day operations with agency and vendors on specific programs and manages program budgets.
8.Partners with BAI to develop qualitative and quantitative market research as part of Promotions team.
9.Manages program budgets and develops metrics to ensure success of promotional programs.
Has primary responsibility for personal promotion tool development, MAC approval, field training plans, S1/S2 content development, follow up on execution/improvement ideas from field.
Contributes to relationship development and maintenance with key customers and KOLs
Plays role as needed in key congresses (e.g. AAD) for dermatology
Doctorate degree and (2 years of Marketing and/or Sales Management experience) OR (2 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 1 year of Marketing experience)
Master's degree and (4 years of Marketing and/or Sales Management experience) OR (4 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 2 years of Marketing experience)
Bachelor's degree and (6 years of Marketing and/or Sales Management experience) OR (6 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 3 years of Marketing experience)
Associate's degree and (10 years of Marketing and/or Sales Management experience) OR (10 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 5 years of Marketing experience)
High school diploma / GED and (12 years of Marketing and/or Sales Management experience) OR (12 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 6 years of Marketing experience)
MBA in business or Master's degree in health sciences or additional education in biology, chemistry, or life sciences
Experience in Dermatology or other specialty markets; clinical acumen
2+ years of experience in developing, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns for specialty products
Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive business results in a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and ability to influence across stakeholders to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure flawless execution
Marketing experience in digital space / non-personal promotions
Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and solve problems
Experience working closely with field sales organizations to implement marketing programs with measurable business impact
