The Marketing Manager, Medical Benefit Copay Programs position is responsible for strategy, development, and ensuring affordability and access to therapies through the management of various patient Affordability programs enabling patients to get started on the prescribed treatment as quickly as possible.
Responsibilities for this role will include the following:
Manage copay and coinsurance programs that provide patient cost-sharing assistance, including method of grant issuance
Assist in development and implementation of copay program strategies
Assist in launch of new copay programs
Collaborate with Hub vendor (via regular meetings, reports, and other communications) in establishing SOPs for patient affordability support service offerings (including points of entry)
Develop copay program resources including meaningful trainings
Develop tools and training such as affordability and access materials for HCPs, patients, caregivers, etc.
Coordinate functional plan and calendar management (i.e. semester meetings, brand planning)
Marketing material submission of above brand copay programs materials, including trainings
Serve as an advisor Copay Program Support for every brand
Evaluate opportunities across the entire PSP portfolio
Lead connectivity to other affordability solutions
Manage Key Performance Indicators and dashboard metrics
Assist in launch of new copay programs
• Doctorate degree
• Master’s degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
• Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
• Associate’s Degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
