Amgen Global Workspace Solutions Senior Associate in Thousand Oaks, California

Amgen is in search of a Senior Associate, to be part of our Global Workplace Solutions team. The Senior Associate will report directly to the Engineering Projects Director, and will work from our corporate headquarters in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Global Workspace Solutions (formerly Global Asset Planning) delivers innovative and effective space solutions that enable energized and engaging workplaces in support of Amgen's strategy. The Senior Associate has key responsibilities for data analytics that support GWS' global mission to deliver innovative and effective work space solutions. They will be responsible for analytics (queries/reports), modelling, forecasting and integration of data elements into key Amgen systems: computer-aided design (CADD) and facility management (CAFM), lease and move/space administration. In addition, the Senior Associate will remain current with Amgen's technology and collaboration practices in current work space environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

Basic Qualifications:

Master's degree


Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Project Management experience


Associate's degree and 6 years of Project Management experience


High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Project Management experience
