What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will contribute to oversight of Clinical Program Operations (CPO) resourcing and also CPO’s Functional Service Providers (FSPs). In addition, you will support the Program Resource Management (PRM) Senior Managers in training, standardization activities and development of operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives within CPO which also impact the wider Global Development Operations (GDO) function.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to and support resource management related activities for Global Trial Managers (GTMs), Local Trial Managers (LTMs), Senior Associate Study Managers (SASM), Associate Study Managers (ASM) and Study Management Associates (SMAs). These roles combined (FTE/FSP) support the resource allocation and program assignments of CPO staff.
Oversee the Work Request Form (WRF) process with the FSPs to ensure FSP demand follows the required numbers (global process).
Contribute to the development of CPO operational efficiency and training.
Ensure CPO staff adherence to operating standards and promote standardization and best practice sharing to ensure operational compliance.
Provide input into CPO training and develop standards authorship and/or review.
Lead staff-focused process improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
OR
Master’s degree and 3 related experience
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 5 related experience
Or
Associate’s degree and 10 years of related experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of related experience

The annual base salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $120,618-139,018.
