As a member of the US Value & Access team, the Senior Manager, Contracts and Pricing Operations will report to the Executive Director, Contract and Pricing Operations and be part of the Value, Coverage & Pricing Strategy & Operations (VCPO) team. The C&P Operations team is responsible for providing accurate and timely execution of Commercial Discounts and Government Reporting. The Senior Manager, C&P Operations will serve as Provider Contract Strategy Implementation lead for the Contracts and Pricing Operations team. This person will serve as primary liaison with internal upstream teams to manage the influx of contracting activity impacting the Provider Operations space, including tracking of contract inventory, contract amendment changes, GPO membership alignment requirements, and serve as direct line of communication and coordination with upstream internal teams to ensure timely implementation and execution of contract discount strategies in C&P Ops Revenue Management system.
Act as primary liaison between Coverage and Pricing, Contract Writing and other upstream teams to ensure ongoing contract activities impacting Provider Operations teams is planned and managed appropriately to ensure timely execution.
Develop meeting cadence between Coverage and Pricing to understand upcoming strategies and potential contract structures.
Track contracts in various stages of contract strategy roll-out (contract development, documents issued, red-lining, pending signature, received) and ensure Ops team is aware and prepared for immediate actions upon receipt (Contract set-up, Invoice discounts, Changes to existing structures, etc.)
Establish mechanism for the operations team and leadership team to check status of items real-time.
Lead regular meetings to provide C&P Ops leadership team with overview of activities, discuss items requiring escalations, highlight any issues and address any resource concerns and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Design holistic solutions to anticipate and address internal and partner needs based on current organizational team structures.
Drive the development of innovative solutions and processes including the development of new approaches for tracking contract inventory, collaborating with upstream partners and implementing service level agreements to optimize current processes.
Identify and develop business solutions in order to streamline the contract implementation communication processes focusing on the contract lifecycle and impacts to operations and upstream partners.
Document end-to-end contract lifecycle process and establish and communicate SLAs to ensure effective processes across all teams are met.

Doctorate degree and 2 years of contracts and pricing operations, coverage and pricing, or project management experience
Master's degree and 4years of contracts and pricing operations, coverage and pricing or project management experience
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of contracts and pricing operations, coverage and pricing or project management experience
Associate’s degree and 10 years of contracts and pricing operations, coverage and pricing or project management experience
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of contracts and pricing operations, coverage and pricing or project management experience
Experience in Provider Contract Operations with an emphasis in pharmaceutical contract operations lifecycle activities
Experience in collaborating with Coverage and Pricing, Contract Writing, Market Access and in-depth understanding of upstream contracting processes and impact to operations.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all internal and external partners.
Ability to develop reports and analytical tools to measure performance of commercial contracts. Experience using Tableau for analytics and reporting.
