What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will design and implement solutions to complex organizational challenges within GPS, lead large-scale changes that impact GPS, maintain the operational processes necessary to lead GPS effectively, and provide strategic support to the leadership of GPS.

  • Mentors new staff in areas of expertise as needed

  • Supports Business Partner safety agreement monitoring

  • Supports Development of Process related Documentation to ensure Compliance

  • Supports Incidents/CAPAs management

  • Supports GRAAS Process Risks Management

  • Supports GRAAS Compliance Reading

  • Supports Systems for monitoring and tracking of non-conformance

  • Facilitates GRAAS functional audit/inspection readiness from a safety agreement perspective

Education & Experience:

Master’s degree

OR

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of directly related experience

OR

Associate’s degree and 6 years of directly related experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of directly related experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Global Business Knowledge

  • Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (proficient)

  • Knowledge of Regulatory and Safety functional activities

  • Pharmacovigilance systems

  • Principles associated with compliance, regulatory inspections and audits in global environment

  • Regulations governing Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Process Management

  • Conflict Management

  • Negotiation Skills
