As a key member of the Channel Analytics & Operations Team, the Associate, Contracts & Pricing will be primarily responsible for supporting the Channel Specialist in the validation, analysis and reporting of wholesaler submitted data and maintenance of wholesaler accounts. Key responsibilities include: daily validation of wholesaler inventory and sales data (EDI 852/867) and the engagement with third-party vendors to ensure timely resolution of data discrepancies. This position will assist in preparing and validating the data components to support monthly and quarterly wholesaler distribution fee payments and ensuring compliance of wholesaler daily data submissions.
This position is responsible for ensuring the weekly inventory reporting and payment processes are performed in accordance with US Contracts and Pricing Operations, Government Pricing, Sarbanes Oxley and other applicable policies. This role requires close collaboration with several cross-functional groups including Trade, IS, Pricing, and Government Pricing. This position operates within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability analyze data, ensure reconciliations are validated and exercise appropriate business judgment.

Associate’s degree and 4 years of Contract and Pricing operations experience and/or Sales Operations experience and/or Finance experience and/or Project Management experience and/or Business Operations experience
High school diploma / GED and 6 Contract and Pricing operations experience and/or Sales Operations experience and/or Finance experience and/or Project Management experience and/or Business Operations experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Internal Amgen experience or experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech environment
Advanced computer & M/S Office skills with emphasis in Excel and Tableau. Develops spreadsheet models for moderately complex financial analyses.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong presentation skills
High attention to detail/reporting accuracy, while also able to focus on the overall problem/solution
