Amgen CW-Sales Administrative Coordinator in Taipei, Taiwan

Contract with external vendor; work base in Amgen Taipei Office

  • Ensures timely coordination of marketing/sales team administrative needs for QAPs and Sponsorship execution:

  • Create events in an internal system and closing at the time of completion

  • Gather event details from Sales Rep/Medical Associations and ensure data quality meets company standard

  • Follow up with event creation progress and ensure approval completion before the events

  • Vendor creation when needed

  • Submit speaker's slides for approval if necessary

  • Follow up with Sales Rep/PM to collect signed contract, invoice, roster... etc., ensure compliance with IRPMA regulation

  • Manages event operations: filing, develops databases, tracks budgets/expense spreadsheet, process HCP honorarium payment... etc.

  • Complete events under Amgen compliance policy

  • Coordinate with Sales Rep/PM to arrange HCP's travel and accommodations

  • May provide training, guidance and orientation to new team members

  • Provide expense summary to Finance team quarterly based on business activities

  • Provide marketing support if needed, i.e. Sampling Program

  • Manages the administrative aspects of relationships with outside vendors

  • Adhoc admin support per request


  • Minimum Requirements

  • University degree; major in accounting or business related is preferred

  • Prefer 3 years related experience in administrative support role

  • Experience using MS Office tools, especially excel

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English

  • Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in similar or related disciplinary and/or international environment

  • Familiarity with terminology of area supported such as Sales and Marketing
