In this true business partnership role you will own the data & analytics Information Systems (IS) outcomes & capabilities by engagement and enablement efforts. You will drive awareness of existing capabilities and educate colleagues including brand teams on the 'art-of-the-possible’.
Assist Information Systems Lead to develop and implement data strategy, services, and capabilities that help drive business growth
Understand the decision-making process, workflows and business and information needs of business unit heads and service manager/owners. Define and manage business data requirements, technology platform(s) and data service product delivery
Improve activities being measured by crafting, monitoring and optimizing relevant feedback loops and 'test & learn' activities
Embed performance indicators and controls into business activities in conjunction with IS Manager (Digital) and communicate performance and demonstrate commercial relevance of data & analytics activities
Bring awareness of new technologies, products and trends to business stakeholders and embed into capability and technology roadmaps as applicable
Direct vendors in the delivery of IS services and solutions that align with affiliate data & analytics needs and global/regional IS capabilities roadmaps

Relevant qualifications and demonstrable experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare or related industry where technology is integrated into the business
2 years managing projects / keystakeholders
Strong skills in Analytics tools (SQL, Alteryx), Data Visualiztion tools (Tableau), Data Governance, Cloud Platforms (AWS Redshift)
Working knowledge of LEAN / AGILE methodologies is preferred as is familiarity / experience with Cloud, Mobility, Social Media, Analytics, CRM, digitization, digital health, reporting and presentation tools, and multi-modal information / data dissemination and presentation
