  • MS and MS/MS based PTM characterization.

  • MS/MS based de novo sequencing.

  • Execute and develop sensitive high-throughput, low material consumption assays to assess mAbs, MsAbs, mAb-fusions, ADCs and other biotherapeutics’ physical, chemical, thermal and colloidal stability and manufacturability using multiple analytical techniques, including, but not limited to, liquid chromatography methods such as LC-MS, LC-MS/MS, aSEC, aCEX, aHIC, calorimetry, and light scattering.

  • Perform epitope and paratope binning, using analytical methods such as HDX-MS, FPOP and other covalent labelling methods

  • Implement new analytical technologies, including but not limited to MS, that will support the early-stage pipeline.

  • Lead and mentor a team of diverse scientists across multiple international research sites.
