Amgen Product Manager in Sofia, Bulgaria

Accountabilities:

  • Executes Country Operating Plan

  • Maximises all brands potential at national level

  • Delivers branding campaigns in line with international guidance Responsibilities:

  • Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration

  • Develops and implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan

  • Designs and executes promotional activities in line with international branding and key messages

  • Supports LRP development in cooperation with Finance Department

  • Proposes national sales target and achieves agreement with Business Unit Leader and Sales/District Managers

  • Partners with international PM and regional multichannel and other sales projects teams

  • Translates/implements international brand campaign locally

  • Analyses market research and supports the development of POA, according to brand strategy

  • Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans

  • Partners with the Medical team and BUM’s to optimize the brand performance

  • Agrees with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects

  • Leads Multichannel plans implementation, according to brand strategy

  • Create, communicate and drive implementation of new innovative marketing projects and tools

  • Actively participate of implementation of new multichannel KPI’S

  • Drive the process of digitalization in all marketing and other activities

  • Recruits and manages external vendors

  • Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, both oral and written communications

  • Financial and budgeting skills and experience

  • Documented track record of product launch

  • Computer skills (MS Office programs)

  • Tenure at last two jobs for at least 2 years each Experience:

  • Academic education in pharmacy, medicine or life science or experience from similar positions

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in industry

  • 1 to 3 years as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative or SME

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager Knowledge:

  • Minimum 2 years in a big pharmaceutical company

  • Documented experience in Franchise area (e.g., Oncology, Hematology, etc.)

  • Documented success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position
