Amgen Associate Marketing Gen Med in Sofia, Bulgaria

Accountabilities:

  • Generating, adapting and implementing global strategy to local needs for Gen Med products, project management and administrative support

Responsibilities:

  • Independent timeline monitoring and support in planning and coordination of:- Compilation / preparation of target group specific marketing and congress material- Media planning (advertisement production and publishing)

  • Design, implement and adapt the product strategy for Gen Med products

  • Create quarterly communication campaign for field force and external customers, follow up

  • Generate insightful data for Gen Med products through CI reports, field force output and field calls

  • Establish a clear KOL engagement plan in Nephrology & Bone

  • Compilation and integration of information material for the Nephrology/ Bone sales force

  • Accountable for selection and purchase of advertising material, displays and budgeting/ accounting

  • Fully responsible for multichannel strategy in terms of design, strategy overall and implementation as well regular up-grades

  • Congress support for Gen Med Sales Force โ€“ Local/ International

  • Marketing materials storage and tracking - ZINK, Volt

  • Multichannel project management for designated products

  • Adaptation and approval of materials - regular check and exp. Validation, direct communication to the Gen Med Team

  • Event preparation (Pos and invoices, follow-ups) - commercial events preparation and HCR for commercial events

  • Preparation for Cycle meetings โ€“ materials, trainings, cross-functional workshops (medical and commercial by brands)

  • International congress sponsorships organization

  • Consolidation of the CI (competitive intelligence) collected by the respective brand team on monthly basis

  • Event reporting - commercial

  • Contracts with vendors & storage

  • Travel arrangements for BU staff & budgeting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • 3 years experience in a similar job in a big company

  • Work very accurately

  • Fluency in local language and English, both in oral and written communication

  • Good computer skills

Knowledge:
