Amgen Supply Chain Senior Associate in Singapore, Singapore

Position Specific Tasks

•Stock transfer order creation for SEA region (HK, SG, MY, TH, IN, PH, VN)

•Sales order creation for SEA region

•Shipment scheduling for SEA region

•Follow up on Non-Conformances (NC’s) for SEA region

•Customer Service Master Data and Account Management

•Perform assigned tasks in annual physical stock count of commercial product

•Generate and manage SC reporting – sales; inventory stock on hand; inventory reconciliation

•Provides support in monthly Distributor KPI Review meeting

•Back-up planning and product ordering processes for commercial product for SEA Countries as required.

•Lifecycle Management for assigned products.

•Deviation Management via Trackwise

•Maintain assigned affiliate Standard Operation Procedures and Business Policies and procedures relevant to commercial product supply

•Specific tasks for Hong Kong:

•Broker Management

•Distributor Management

•Redressing Management

•Provide functional back up to affiliate supply chain team members during periods of absenteeism

•Take an active role in investigating and implementing new procedures and improvements.

•Be aware of and work within company policies (Finance & HR BPPs) and industry (SEA Country Health Authorities) guidelines and apply Amgen Values in daily activities.

•Perform other functions and duties as assigned.

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge or the equivalent.

Minimum Requirements

2 years experience in supply chain, finance, logistics or similar field

2 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Good knowledge of GMP and GDP

Understanding of warehousing and distribution processes, preferably within pharmaceutical industry

Understanding on the workings of a Distributor/LSP (4PL) warehouse

Experience with product planning processes

Familiarity with ERP systems

Basic numeracy and Excel skills

Provides support in analytics and process development

Quick process and systems understanding

Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

Preferred Requirements

Basic understanding of SAP ERP

Familiarity with WMS systems

Good presentation skills
