Amgen Singapore Manufacturing Pte Ltd (ASM) - Business Performance group is on the search for a Project Manager, Strategic Planning and Operations. The ASM Business Performance group drives business analysis, reporting on ASM performance, project management, manages senior leadership and project governance meetings, site risk management and business continuity plans, and enables key cross-functional initiatives.
Project Management - Manage all aspects of multiple projects/processes to include planning, estimating, scheduling, tendering, monitoring, reporting, risk management, execution, invoicing, and closeout. Maintain a master project plan and schedule for assigned projects. Translate team plans into actionable and measurable tasks. Capture, communicate and drive action items from project meetings.
Team Leadership - Promote personnel safety throughout project activities. Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements. Provide operational leadership in team meetings and identify cross-functional implications, risks and issues. Ensure strategic alignment between project teams and ASM Site Goals.
Perform as project manager within the business performance organization during cross-functional initiatives (e.g. lean transformation, run rate increase projects, etc.).
Lead Change Management efforts for major site and corporate initiatives
Perform as site Project Management SME, capable to mentor and guide colleagues throughout project lifecycles.
Develop communication materials (e.g. operating reviews) to communicate project statuses, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
Manage a prioritized Project Portfolio for evaluation with senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business management with 5+ years of related experience in the life sciences industry
Master's degree in engineering, science, or business management with 3+ years of related experience in the life sciences industry
4+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading cross-functional or matrixed teams
Preferred: PMP Certification
Demonstrated understanding of life sciences industry, drug development, and manufacturing. Project Management experience utilizing disposable (single use) bio-manufacturing technology preferred
Self-starter with a high-level of comfort with ambiguity and complexity
Demonstrated ability to structure, pragmatically scope, and solve complex problems
Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally in an organization
Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of VirtECS Scheduler, MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
