Amgen Associate Maintenance Planner & Scheduler in Singapore, Singapore

This position is to provide technical expertise, reports, analysis, and project support for all the maintenance planning activities in Amgen Singapore Manufacturing. The Associate Maintenance Planner & Scheduler will eventually be an SME for the Amgen Singapore Manufacturing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Planning and Scheduling for all maintenance activities

  • Competence in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) application structure and workflow process and preferably with Maximo system (CMMS)

  • CMMS administration - Manage CMMS and provide technical assistance to CMMS Client Base

  • Support Capital Project by taking the lead in managing the overall development of CMMS master data to enable the development of maintenance job plan, Preventive Maintenance and the calibration of instruments.

  • Ensure Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data is accurate and aligned with maintenance strategy

  • Manage PM program and workload distribution.

  • Work closely with clients and support groups in a team based collaborative environment

  • Weekly/Monthly Metrics - Ability to develop and run specific and accurate metrics


  • Engineering degree & 2 years of maintenance or operations experience


  • Engineering Diploma & 5 years of maintenance or operations experience
