Creates a patient-centric customer segmentation based on the awareness of their emotional needs, beliefs, and values.
Identifies the priority customers within the target segment(s) who influence the decisions made by, or on behalf of, these patients.
Leverage critical thinking skills, experience, and creativity when analyzing the marketplace, customers, and competitors.
Use deep customer insights to define actionable strategies that address drivers and barriers.
Create and deliver solutions – e.g., medicines, delivery systems, services, data, and information – to target product profile and priority customers. Proactively engage with VA&P to explore alternatives that supports the Brand Strategy;
Measure and track progress towards short-, medium-, and long-term strategic, financial, and brand goals, including leading indicators like brand equity and customer experience.
Assess effectiveness of short-term tactical marketing initiatives and sales force interventions; quickly and effectively communicate key learnings to enable rapid adaptation and adjustment.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of and meets compliance, regulatory, and legal standards. Successfully navigates Amgen’s material approval process to develop effective materials.
Stimulate cross functional work ensuring decisions are made involving different point of view/opinions
Develop a collaborative relationship with the Global and Regional teams to provide global perspective and to leverage available information and key learnings;
3 years of Marketing experience, including previous position as Product Manager
