Amgen Senior Associate - Finance in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

  • Responsibilities

  • Implements and ensures adherence to corporate finance and accounting policies and processes.

  • Complies, verifies and reconciles all debit notes/distributors' claims and reports discrepancies, if any.

  • Liaises with concerned distributers to settle any disputes and outstanding issues.

  • Prepares and maintains monthly accruals journals.

  • Performs monthly Balance Sheet (BS) accounts reconciliation to maintain account information in an accurate manner.

  • Complies, verifies and reconciles monthly cross charges (inter-companies charges) including all related supporting documents.

  • Oversees fixed assets controls including additions, disposals, and depreciations.

  • Prepares and maintains employees benefits accruals on monthly basis.

  • Performs financial reconciliation on monthly basis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent.

  • Strong experience in distribution business model and distributors relation including debit notes financial reconciliation,

  • Strong experience in Saudi regulatory, tendering and pricing processes and systems

  • Minimum of 6 years of solid experience within multinational companies in accounting, preferably within the same industry.

  • Professional Certification (i.e. CMA, CPA) is a plus.

  • Has a transferrable Iqama
