Amgen Senior Associate - Finance in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Role is based in Riyadh
Implements and ensures adherence to corporate finance and accounting policies and processes.
Complies, verifies and reconciles all debit notes/distributors' claims and reports discrepancies, if any.
Liaises with concerned distributers to settle any disputes and outstanding issues.
Prepares and maintains monthly accruals journals.
Performs monthly Balance Sheet (BS) accounts reconciliation to maintain account information in an accurate manner.
Complies, verifies and reconciles monthly cross charges (inter-companies charges) including all related supporting documents.
Oversees fixed assets controls including additions, disposals, and depreciations.
Prepares and maintains employees benefits accruals on monthly basis.
Performs financial reconciliation on monthly basis
Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Strong experience in distribution business model and distributors relation including debit notes financial reconciliation,
Strong experience in Saudi regulatory, tendering and pricing processes and systems
Minimum of 6 years of solid experience within multinational companies in accounting, preferably within the same industry.
Professional Certification (i.e. CMA, CPA) is a plus.
