Plan and effectively allocate resources to provide required support to Business in collaboration with country leadsEnsure the quality and timeliness of deliverables/supportCoordinate with country leads to review compliance/complement market segmentation approach, metrics, training and system requirementsEnsure delivery of business analyses and benchmark performance of business units/products within the organization and against competition to support country and product related strategy definition and decision makingEnsure that SME strategies within the countries are alignedDevelop new business models (i.e. digital marketing, sales, hybridization promotion models) and after testing, implement at full scaleResponsible for all CRM related matters & SIP setup, monitor and actual resultsRun and follow up with marketing market research activities

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

University Degree

At least 4 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry

-2 years of experience in market research, business analysis and marketing -Integral knowledge of the pharmaceutical business in the country-Experience that proves thorough understanding of the Key Sales Drivers in the Pharmaceutical Market

Demonstrated experience in working in multinational companies and cross-functional environments

Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
