Responsibilities

Ensures job descriptions for all positions are written and agreed with line management and HRManages the recruitment processes in partnership with line managementConducts HR programs such as orientation, recruiting events, employee relations meetingsCoordinates on-boarding, hiring and payroll processessCreates training plan in order to develop employees' skillsEnsures HR programs are communicated and understood by employeesImplements international HR policies and proceduresManages day-to-day relationship with external suppliers/vendorsFacilitates communication between individuals and departments/business unitsSupports performance management processesEnsures compliance with local labor laws through review of work contracts and status changesEnsures accurate and compliant pay and benefits administrationConducts annual competitive benchmarking analysis and other HR reports for the site./Ability to use the human capital system effectively.
