Associate Digital Marketing (this is a temporary 1-year contract).

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will give the success of the commercial functions by articulating innovative omnichannel marketing campaigns and adapt sophisticated internal and external processes from the content generation up to the metrics and KPI management. Attend strategic cross-functional meetings to promote the “digital transformation” of commercial processes.

  • Leading Digital Campaign operations for Health Care Professionals and Patients.

  • Developing or sourcing relevant Content for digital channels.

  • Leading compliance and regulatory lifecycle of digital materials.

  • Keep Tracking of Innovation in Digital and Multichannel Marketing.

  • Partnering with relevant digital Players to Increase Digital Presence of Amgen

  • Leading Website Lifecycle (inception, maintenance, decommission, metrics, SEO, SEM)

  • Collaborating with Digital Agencies and Brand Teams to Developing Annual Digital Plans.

  • Being a phenomenal partner with internal Marketing team members and external partners

  • Growing Customer Experience and Traffic of our Digital Assets.

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance of digital initiatives.

  • Preparing and submit marketing and digital materials for approval, Business Cases for New Digital Initiatives and Digital Training programs for the Organization.

  • Serve as an “Innovation evangelist”

  • Piloting New Initiatives


What we expect of you

We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The hard-working professional we seek would have acquired the knowledge and skills vital to perform the duties of this position through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge or the equivalent.

Basic Qualifications:

  • University Degree.

  • Advanced Written and Spoken English.

  • Advanced MS Office Programs.

  • Flexibility to Travel.

  • Experience in leading external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong Project Management skills.

  • Analytic Approach, Data Oriented, experience with Data visualization technologies such as SQL, Tableau highly preferred.

  • 2 or more years of professional experience preferably in Digital, Multichannel Marketing, Communications or Marketing in Pharmaceutical, Consumer goods and/or Technology companies, handling websites, apps, digital assets, content marketing.

  • Google, Hootsuite, and Facebook certifications highly preferred.

  • Working knowledge and understanding of the Pharma industry and related regulatory, commercialization, and compliance requirements is a plus

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to set the context and present on sophisticated subjects to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

  • Ability to drive and facilitate discussions between multiple customers in meeting or workshop settings.

  • Experience with Agile Software Development highly preferred.
