Let’s do this. Let’s change the world! The Senior Manager, Autoimmune Coverage & Pricing, is a critical member of the Autoimmune Coverage and Pricing team. This person will be responsible for developing the payer coverage and pricing contracting strategies for national and regional accounts across our branded autoimmune portfolio, including Enbrel and Otezla, while working closely with our autoimmune biosimilar team. This includes leading qualitative and quantitative analyses to support payer strategy and drive decision making, tracking and communicating progress towards payer coverage goals, and partnering across brand, USV&A, Market Access and field sales team to enhance opportunities.
This individual will also lead special projects, including push/pull through efforts, Market Access communications, ad-hoc coverage/gross-to-net analyses. As a key contributor to LRS, they will play a meaningful role in shaping the long-term access and contracting strategies for the portfolio. They will work very closely with the other members of the Autoimmune team, including the product-specific Pricing Sr. Managers to ensure that the team is aligned and briefed for key processes, such as LEDR. This person will also have direct management responsibility with a senior associate to support their portfolio coverage efforts. Due to the matrixed nature of this team, this individual will need to be able to process and retain a breadth of information on both brands.
Important to this role will be the ability to lead a broad cross-functional team, including brand team members, legal advisors, Contract Writing and Execution, Market Access, Patient Access, Value Marketing, and Value & Access Data and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and own national and regional coverage strategies
Conduct regular meetings with the Market Access team to align on account level payer strategy and negotiations
Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on key special projects, including push/pull efforts
Own Market Access communications, including brand-specific updates and key meeting content, ensuring that the Market access team is informed and trained appropriately
Collaborate closely with Value & Access Data and Analytics and Patient Access to answer key brand questions and ensure strategic alignment
Proactive support with bi-annual strategic LRS/brand planning and quarterly business reviews

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience in either sales, contracting and/or pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations
Or
Master’s degree and 4 years of experience in either sales, contracting and/or pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience in either sales, contracting and/or pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations
Or
Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience in either sales, contracting and/or pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations
Or
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience in either sales, contracting and/or pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations
Preferred Qualifications:
Track record of cross-functional team leadership in delivering results
Creativity in addressing strategic challenges; displays high intellectual curiosity and passion for learning
Ability to simplify complexity into a concise, relevant and well-supported briefings to influence senior management
Ability to organize/retain large amounts of information
Strong analytical skills and ability to consider all dimensions of an issue
Experience conducting external competitive analysis, synthesizing relevant information to develop strategic plans
Prior US pricing and access experience or direct US payer experience desirable
Prior experience in the autoimmune therapeutic area
