The Amgen Capability Center in Lisbon, Portugal (ACCP) will be home to over 300 multi-national and multi-cultural employees, representing a broad range of cross functional capabilities, including Commercial, General and Administrative, Research and Development and more.

Our ACCP offices are located in the vibrant city center of Lisbon.

Talent Acquisition Intern

This could be your everyday

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. During this program you will contribute to successfully deliver high-quality TA services to help organization acquire the best talent

  • Learn how to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting of job vacancies, management of interviews, creation of offers etc.

  • Help in develop unique, creative, and innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and improve the ACCP employer brand.

  • Support on proactive networking and sourcing for key-roles to help us create a diverse pipeline of candidates.

  • Support the Internship program 2023-2024

  • Identify improvement opportunities for the different processes and projects and implement solutions.

  • Work on local and regional TA metrics and projects

We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The Proactive individual we seek is a Team player with these qualifications:

  • University Degree in Management, Business or science-based subject.

  • Advanced English. Fluency in other languages is highly preferred

  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Suite applications

  • Preferred previous volunteer and/or international experience.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, curious, and willing to learn. Able to apply research, collect, and interpret information

  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
