Manager, Training & Development

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You, as our Manager, Training & Development at the ACCP, will support learning initiatives in partnership with Global and Affiliates Learning Professionals in the ELMAC (Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Africa, and Canada) Region.
Responsibilities will include:
Training Material : Regionalization, distribution, and maintenance of Global Product training materials for both launch and in-line brands.
Regional training initiatives : Design and deploy regional learning and team initiatives.
Measurement : Design, standardize, deploy & elevate the measurement strategy collaboratively with the Directors for learning initiative in the region
Learning Technology Lead : Acts as subject matter expert for the ELMAC Learning Professional team for all Global learning technology by organizing and leading training sessions.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
Our ideal candidate is adopting a collaborative approach in project management. He/ She thinks strategically on customer focus solutions that fits the needs of the region. While managing projects, his/her problem-solving skills are focused goal oriented.
Proven experience and skills needed:
University Degree in relevant fields
3+ years of training experience within pharmaceutical, biotech healthcare, or medical device industries
Experience working with internal clients to define program objectives by partnering cross-functionally, managing projects and teams within timelines
Able to learn and understand disease and product therapeutic content to inform management and communication with of external medical writers
Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication
Strong PowerPoint and other MS Office products knowledge
Preferred Requirements:
5+ years working within pharmaceutical, biotech healthcare or medical device industries
Experience working within global organization
Experience with Learning technologies
Fluency in multiple European languages
