ASSOCIATE IS BUSINESS ANALYST - ANAPLAN:

WHAT WILL YOU DO

The Global Value & Access IS (Information Systems) organization, part of the GCOIS (Global Commercial IS organization), is responsible for partnering with the Global Value & Access Team, defining and executing the IS Strategy supporting their journey to drive execution excellence and continuous improvement in four key areas: shape access environment, define a world class access strategy, drive new access capabilities and govern prices. As part of this team you will analyze, develop and maintain the pricing platform that supports global business processes such as the tender and contract capabilities, pricing governance and scenario planning. This role will work with business as well as with other IS teams and is key for the success to deliver on the business priorities. In this role you will:

  • Design, build, test and maintain Anaplan models for key stakeholders to meet the needs of the business processes, fully utilizing the functionality of the Anaplan platform.

  • Liaise with business to ensure requirements are translated into system functionalities.

  • Manage business requests, working with diverse user groups.

  • Assist in gathering requirements to continuously improve the implementation of different platforms.

  • Collaborate with vendors and information technology to prioritize, launch and implement new tools and system enhancements.

  • Participate in the Agile development process.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. This information systems professional we seek is a self-starter with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Hands-on experience building and supporting complex models using the Anaplan platform or other EPM (Hyperion, CCH Tagetik, Onestream) tools

  • Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners

  • Ability to meet deadlines and schedules and be accountable.

  • Good oral & written communication skills and an ability to work directly with users to refine business requirements

  • Ideally, hands-on experience building and supporting data extract and load processes using Informatica Cloud or Mulesoft or similar

  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience of the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech or general healthcare industries is an advantage

  • Familiarity with Agile

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with complex technologies

  • Experience in complex enterprise environments

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS (ANY):

  • Anaplan Level 2
