Amgen Value Access and Pricing Senior Manager in Istanbul, Turkey
Implementing the local Health Economics plans and projects in order to deliver tools and services to support the market access strategy, product positioning and expansion throughout the LCM of the product;
Using effectively clinical and scientific data to develop locally relevant value stories and execute effective strategies;
Being a healthcare policy expert in the field and act as a knowledge resource to the organization;
Working closely with commercial teams and participating in cross-functional tasks forces.
Leading affiliate HE function, driving local customization of GVDs (e.g. model structure, unit costs and utility data) for local pricing, reimbursement and providing a strong local voice on international programs and plans
Leading or participating in development and implementation of local HE&R/HTA communication and publication strategies in alignment with value & access strategy
Establishing strong relationships with the local pricing, reimbursement and HTA agencies.
Maintaining relationship with external and internal stakeholders
Managing pricing and reimbursement processes in coordination with MoH procedures
Analysing policies and devising scenarios for upcoming price changes related with product portfolio
Developing strategies in order to contribute to market access of the company.
Tracking prices in reference countries and leading price submissions for new and in-line products by working with regional pricing team for the pricing approvals
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and capabilities:
BSc degree on Economy, or related branches
Both market access and pricing background is must
Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical industry with practical experience in multidimensional project implementation and management;
Exceptional organization, persuation and time management skills;
Ability to understand complex scientific and medical information;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
English proficiency is a must.
