What you will do

In this vital role you will focus on the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of these modules within the ServiceNow platform, enabling improved employee experiences and lifecycle management. As a key member of our internal SAFe Agile product team, you will collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative HR service solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the deployment and sustainment of ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and Lifecycle Events (Journeys) modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology strategies.

  • Configure and develop custom solutions in ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and Lifecycle Events to enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes.

  • Collaborate with multi-functional business units, vendors, and IT teams to define requirements, develop, test, and roll out enhancements and new functionality in the ServiceNow platform.

  • Act as a key configuration resource for ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and Lifecycle Events modules, ensuring optimal setup and utilization of the platform.

  • Document and maintain work processes, including design decisions, configuration rationale, and system modifications, ensuring transparency and consistency across all developments.

  • Monitor critical path activities related to ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and Lifecycle Events, resolving or calling out issues as needed to maintain project timelines.

  • Apply Amgen’s Information Security and Privacy policies to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of employee and HR data within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Collaborate with the ServiceNow Platform Team to assess and address organizational readiness, including training and communication needs related to new Employee Center Pro and Lifecycle Events features.

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and 1 to 3 years of Information Systems & configuring and developing ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and Lifecycle Events experience OR

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of Information Systems & configuring and developing ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and Lifecycle Events experience OR

  • Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Information Systems & configuring and developing ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and Lifecycle Events experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules, specifically Employee Center Pro and Lifecycle Events (Journeys).

  • Deep understanding of employee experience and HR service delivery processes, workflow automation, and systems implementation within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and optimize system configurations for employee lifecycle management.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successful project delivery.

  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR and IT teams.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
