What you will do

In this vital role you will responsible for the assessment, design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions for Access Control and Process Control. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, addresses SAP GRC requirements with a focus on using automation capabilities, and collaborates with various teams to improve the overall SAP security posture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise in the assessment, design, and implementation of SAP GRC solutions
Evaluate and improve the capabilities of SAP GRC Access Control tools, including user provisioning, segregation of duties supervision, emergency access management, and role management
Support both functional and technical teams in addressing key SAP GRC or security issues
Configure and apply GRC Process control to automate manual processes
Engage in in-depth study to build expertise in the features and standard methodologies of SAP GRC solutions
Develop cases and presentations on SAP GRC solutions
Establish and implement access controls, authorization mechanisms, and user roles by adhering to Amgen's security guidelines across all SAP systems
Skilled and experienced in handling SOX Controls within the SAP Global Risk and Compliance Application
Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and audit requirements
Support SAP Security Audits and compliance inquiries
Collaborate with multi-functional teams for SAP GRC or Security Solution improvements
Provide support on SAP security strategies, and processes
Support SAP security incident management and service requests
Perform on-call duties and call out issues as needed

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree and 4 to 6 years of SAP Senior Security Engineer experience OR
Bachelor’s degree and 6 to 8 years of SAP Senior Security Engineer experience OR
Diploma and 10 to 12 years of SAP Senior Security Engineer experience
Extensive experience in SAP GRC Access Control for S/4HANA, including at least one full implementation experience
Experience in configuring and applying GRC Process Control to supervise and handle compliance risks and controls in SAP systems and environments
Extensively worked on the design and implementation of security roles and authorizations for various SAP systems and environments
Must possess demonstrable experience in coordination and planning within SAP GRC or Security projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the design and implementation of SAP security roles and authorizations involving S/4 HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform, including SAP Fiori
Performed regular audits and reviews of SAP GRC and security systems and processes
Professional Certifications:
SAP Security (Preferred)
SAP GRC Access Control (Preferred)
SAP GRC Process Control (Preferred)
Agile Certified Practitioner (preferred)
CISSP (preferred)
CISA (Preferred)
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and tackle skills
Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work optimally with global, virtual teams
High degree of initiative and self-motivation
Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
