IS Bus Sys Analyst
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will serve as a liaison between the Global Disaster Recovery Management (GDRM) team and the system teams supporting Key Computerized Systems (KCS). Provide technical guidance to members of the KCS teams. Serve as domain expert in technical aspects of GDRM services
Provide input and feedback on GDRM and Disaster Recovery Services strategy, requirements and policies.
Review and approve Disaster Recovery procedures and deliverables from the KCS teams.
Follow processes to ensure DR plans are kept up to date by KCS teams and reflect changes in Company environment. Review and approve DR plans.
Update program database for KCS.
Provide guidance for KCS Team Self-Directed Disaster Recovery Exercises including Infrastructure Resource Requests (IRRs), ISM Service Requests and Change Records to align required resources for walkthroughs or live exercises for one or more systems.
Assist KCS Teams with documentation tools (i.e CDOCS) in support of a DR exercise, including Summary Reports, Business Approval Form (BAF) and DRE workbook.
Provide exercise facilitation for GDRM-facilitated Disaster Recovery Exercises, including leading planning meetings and updating milestone documents and producing exercise-related deliverables:

Achieved Recovery Time (ART) and Achieved Recovery Point (ARP)

Capture and report DR exercise results including the following deliverables:
Feedback on Exercise Summary Reports during Review Workflows
Approval of Exercise Summary Reports during Approval Workflows
Creation of .pdf version of Exercise Workbook
Provide .pdf version of Exercise Workbook to KCS team
Approval of Exercise Workbook results
Track exercise-related Action Items and follow up with KCS team as needed
Capture, update and provide guidance for Plans of Action (POAs)
Make annual DR Exercise Decisions for each KCS
Assist KCS Teams with Continuity tools (e.g., ABPR)
Create Quarterly Informed Stakeholders (QIS) report supporting data, and update program database upon completion of QIS report.
Facilitate DAIs for Waiver of DREs, Change Recovery Objectives
Authority
- Advises management on matters pertaining to technical maturity of the team
What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 0 to 3 years of Experience in Risk Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field OR,
Diploma and 4 to 7 years of Experience in Risk Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Risk Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field in a multi-national organization
CBCP or equivalent industry certifications
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Ability to analyze data and communicate information.
Self-motivated with a strong learning agility
Ability to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced, virtual environment

Work Hours: This position requires you to work on the third shift. Candidates must be willing and able to work during night shifts, as required. Third Shift: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am IST
