Amgen Regional Product Manager - Oncology (Contract) in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the successful execution of regional marketing initiatives for the Hematology and Solid tumor oncology portfolio

  • Partnering with senior marketing manager to ensure timely deliverables of regional marketing deliverables such as RPS, Franchise week, budget submission, regional congresses, market research

  • Marketing budget expense management and tracking

  • Coordination of regional commercial tactics at congresses

  • Collaboration with other Regional Brand Team members on product agnostic projects

  • Collection of affiliate input in development of core regional promotional material & tactics

  • Partnering with external vendors to ensure successful execution of initiatives

  • Becoming an expert in internal processes and systems

  • Collecting feedback from cross-functional partners and markets on the performance of the marketing function

  • Ensuring that team decisions/recommendations are adequately communicated in collaboration with PMO function

  • Maintain marketing material document sharing tool site

  • Upload all information/materials to the right area

  • Grant relevant access right appropriately

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a relevant field.

  • Advanced degree preferred (MSc / MBA) or strong demonstration of equivalent combination of relevant educational and professional training

  • Fluency in English, both oral and written communications

Experience:

  • At least 5 years knowledge/experience in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical industry

  • At least 2 years working in product marketing and/or sales role

  • Preferred: 2 years of work experience in the Oncology therapeutic area

  • Financial and budgeting skills and experience

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects

  • Demonstrated success in leveraging interpersonal skills to build & maintain positive working relationships within a matrix work environment
