What you will do
Responsible for tracking and monitoring of in-market performance results; manages reporting systems, improving quality and timely availability of data through standardization
Provide analysis on performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns through analyzing customers and market data
Manage, analyze, and report brand performance to provide valuable insights for brand team to make strategic decisions
Provide data insights to commercial teams on multi-channel and digital customer engagement initiatives to optimize reach, frequency and value of virtual interactions/touchpoints with all customer channels to trigger higher engagement
Work closely with Regional/Global Commercial Excellence/BAI workstreams and local brand leads to develop and decide customer insights strategy and roadmap to strengthen insights capability
Support commercial teams to drive the change from a conventional sales and marketing SOV to a new multi-channel digital customer engagement model via strategy, technology, content, and change management
Scout and assess technology trends of new multichannel capabilities
Report to Commercial Innovation Lead on execution of new Customer Engagement Model (nCEM) and Global Customer 360 (C360)
What we expect of you
Master Degree / Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Commerce similar
Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry
At least 3-5 years of experience in the area of commercial excellence, sales force effectiveness and data analysis and business operations with exposure to senior management and working cross-functionally
Ability to derive insights and formulate recommendations by integrating and leveraging multiple sources of data
Experience working within a cross-functional project team to deliver on a technology / transformational data project (CRM/Digital)
Listening and communicating skills
Analytical, modeling, forecasting skills
Fluently in English
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
