Amgen Sr. Associate - Payroll (Part-time) in Dun-Laoghaire-Rathdown, Ireland
Management of the weekly and monthly payroll processing activities and transactions through our third party vendor. The successful candidate will report to the Human Resources Director and will be responsible for partnering with the HR Group, Finance and Compensation and Benefits and other key business partners. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of payroll related matters including complex payroll systems with shift and overtime rules.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of complex weekly & monthly payroll processing activities through third party vendor including data collection, validation and submission to payroll provider.
Management of payroll compliance for BIKs, International Transferees and Ex-Pats.
Compensation and Benefits adjustments including Restricted Stock Units, Employee share purchase schemes.
Financial, HR and other business management analysis and reporting.
IICE annual audit (non-SOX) Payroll controls process owner.
Provide support for internal HR audit and annual E&Y Statutory audit.
Ownership of data compliance and accuracy of all weekly and monthly Time and Attendance.
Time and Attendance 'super user' responsibilities.
Implementation of payroll strategies, efficiencies and policies across the business.
Assisting with special projects as they arise and playing an active role in initiating and implementing process improvements.
