PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE – PART TIME (22.5 hours)

What you will do
In this vital role, you will own the measurement and reporting of key strategic objectives for our affiliate business, and support the implementation of key strategic projects and capability builds, as well as other change and process initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Activity reporting & measurement (40%)
Liaise with cross-functional colleagues to collect data to design and maintain a centralised affiliate goal tracking dashboard
Update dashboards in preparation for UK&I Leadership Team discussions
Activity management/action logs on strategic objectives as directed by UK&I Leadership Team activity sponsors
Affiliate execution priorities (30%)
Support implementation of affiliate-wide strategic activities including cultural enablers. Includes planning & preparation for large affiliate meetings including Leadership Forums and Cycle Meetings
Support execution of above brand activities that require significant cross-functional collaboration outside of brand teams
Project tasks as directed by General Manager or Strategic Planning & Operations Lead
Project management and execution excellence (20%)
Develop Agile project management skills to provide this service to teams as needed
Support Agile Scrum Masters with tasks associated with sprint planning as needed
Communications and engagement (10%)
- Support planning and execution of communications to staff to share updates on progress within strategic objectives
Be part of our team
You would be working as a core part of the UK&I General Manager’s team, including support for the affiliate Leadership Team. You will work in close partnership with the Strategic Planning & Operations Lead and the GM Assistant in order to enable the successful execution of strategy within the affiliate.

Proven organisational skills
Demonstrable grasp of organisational capabilities and how priorities come together above brand/business units
Experienced in project planning and execution
Experienced in project measurement and evaluation
Experience of managing multiple projects and working under pressure
Proven eye for detail and numerical confidence – ability to interpret and present data in a consumable way
Independent and proactive working style
Preferred Requirements
Prior knowledge of Agile project management methodology
Experienced in shaping and organising staff communications including content, All Staffs etc
Relevant qualifications
Experience of working within cross-functional teams
Experience of working within regulated environment (ABPI/IPHA or similar)
