Senior Associate Supply Management and Analytics

EU Supply Chain Organization support the commercial objectives of the EU Region by servicing our patients and customers ensuring supply and delivering every patient every time. Our organization is responsible end to end for delivering all Supply Chain services from order creation to delivery of our orders to customers with the highest levels of performance and compliance.

This position is ideal for individuals hoping to leverage their knowledge of Supply Chain and depth in analytical skills as we service our markets.

Sr Associate Supply Chain

In this role you support the supply chain management process and system improvements. Together with the team you ensure your internal customers are dealt with appropriately and you act as intermediary between Customer Service and affiliate across Europe related to quota and supply management.

Your main day-to day tasks consist of:

  • Manage quotas centrally

  • Validate order blocks

  • Act as intermediary between customer service and affiliates where it relates to quota management

  • Facilitates the implementation of new processes or process changes

  • Signal trends and/or recurring issues with external customers

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain and/or economics

  • Typically, 3 or more years of related professional experience

  • Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication

  • Excellence in working with MS Office and experience with ERP system, preferably SAP

  • Experience in working across various cultures

  • Customer focus ensuring the best service is delivered both to our internal and external customers

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills while in the execution of the job

  • Motivated and self-driven in the execution, always focused on transformation and improvment
