We are currently looking for an Business Project Manager SAP-ERP in OTC area
We are looking for a Supply Chain professional with proven track record in leading cross functional projects with impact on European wide Supply Chain processes, preferably in the Order-to-Cash space.
This Project manager will be leading multiple efforts for the Amgen European Supply Chain Organization (as part of Global Supply Chain Operations) related to reconfiguration of Amgen’s OTC ERP (sub)processes, related systems, documentation/reporting and potentially functional structures, all with both regional and/or local (country) impact. These cross-functional projects are to be managed in close collaboration with other Amgen functions such as Regulatory, Distribution, Logistics, Quality, Tax, Finance, Legal, Commercial and Information Systems
What will you do?
Manage projects under minimal guidance
Manage of and/or participating in projects for the Customer Service department
Ensure project is performed with a certain methodology (Prince/Agile etc.)
Prepare, facilitate and host project workshops
Regularly communicate on status and deliverables, chair Steering Committee meetings
Manage and execute established project plan within the estimated time-line & budget
Oversee all project steps from project charter, project design, planning, tracking, closure, hyper care and lessons learned including involving stakeholders and sponsor
Maintain project resource planning, coordinate conference room pilots and gate reviews, ensure project scope, budget, deliverables and dead-lines are met
Manage portfolio and prioritization of projects, track and drive project progress, inform stakeholders and escalate as appropriate
Ensures the coordination of the SC EU portfolio with relevant Project Managers
Act as liaison between business & IT and ensure correct translation of business requirement towards IT
Act as liaison between all Supply Chain Stakeholders and International Distribution Quality, vendor, key constituencies in the EU Region, IS and other Corporate Stakeholders
Oversee and coordinate all activities with Supply Chain involvement (INT/OQ test; Cut-over etc.)
Take care of risk management, change management and stakeholder management for each project
Ensures all departments aligned and are on track with the project deliverables &timelines
Manage and ensure external providers are delivering per project plan
Ensure accurate project documentation and archiving
Represent Europe Supply Chain work stream in governance forums associated to project
Investigate, develop and propose solutions improving order-to-cash processes
Support process improvement initiatives and projects as Business Process Owner including business requirement gathering and sign-off, execution of user acceptance test and approvals for system changes and related documentation.
Ownership of Business system changes along with assessment of the change for projects and compliance improvements
Ownership of business case & project charter from initiation till approval for ERP Enhancements
What do you bring?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related to Supply Chain or Logistics
5-year experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry leading projects
Proven track record in Project Management (PM certification preferable)
Deep understanding of E2E supply chain business processes and Order-to-Cash business processes
Experience leading complex Supply Chain projects related to ERP system (SAP) changes
Experience in working in an international environment, ability to liaise/communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Fluency in English, in both oral and written communication
Proven track record in Project Management across departments and geographies
Good understanding of GDP and pharmaceutical regulations
Supply Chain & Order-to-Cash understanding in Pharmaceutical industry
Ability to navigate in a matrix organization with strong internal and external network relations
Solid understanding of warehouse operations, systems and supply chain concepts
Experienced in Portfolio Management
EDI/idoc knowledge, e-ordering& e-invoicing implementations
Experience in SAP
PMI/Project Management certification
Knowledge of Operational Excellence tools, six sigma
