An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HR professional to join our team based in Bogota, Colombia. The Senior Associate Human Resources provides operational HR support to aproximately 135 employees across the country and is responsible for the payroll process, benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, employee events among other HR strategic areas.
Key accountabilities include:
Responsiblity for payroll process controls certification and compliance with local regulations
Be first point of contact locally for payroll and HR operations queries
Train and onboard new hires in basic HR and payroll process
Provide HR systems support to staff and managers and input data as required
Vendor management with third party providers eg. benenfits & payroll, and keep them up to date on relevent organisational changes
Provide global mobility and relocation support as required
Stock adminstration for Amgen’s Long Term Incentive program
Ad hoc HR projects work and Administration as required
Employee Activities and events
Bachelor degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related field
Minimun of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
Demonstrated experience and competence in the administration of HR processes and strategies. Employee Relations, Compesatin and Benefits, staffing and onboarding.
Highly proficient in payroll and HR systems. Workday and Visier experience
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent numeric and spread sheeting skills (Excel)
Excellent English (both written and verbal) is essential
