Our Human Resources Department is seeking a HRBP Junior based in Barcelona. This is a temporary contract.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Supporting and teaming up with the HR Business Partner and manage different projects for the organizational development.

  • Working in close partnership with the HR Business Partner to define and deliver HR Strategies for the business.

  • Providing general HR support to the middle management in the day-to-day tactical HR activities.

  • Driving HR processes and ensure smooth and timely communication.

  • Recommend HR solutions, drives initiatives, implements new processes or tools in support of business priorities, project operations and overall team engagement;

  • Champions and promotes HR initiatives across the teams.

  • Collecting and tracking HR metrics that support strategic business decisions, analyze data from climate surveys and present results.

  • Participation in external surveys and certifications.

  • Keeping up with HR trends and external insights to propose innovative solutions that support the business performance.

  • Active participation in HR projects and liaison between other projects and HR.

  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or another applicable field.

  • Postgraduate degree in HR is a plus.

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in a Human Resources department. Preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.

  • General knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including performance management, training, talent management, and state employment laws.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Good planning, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Keen to learn and desire to offer up innovative ideas.

  • Fast learner, proactive, agility to function in a fast-changing innovative environment;

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency and schedule adherence.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
