We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will be primarily responsible for developing machine learning algorithms to analyze business performance and evaluating potential opportunities to enable step change in business performance. The Senior Associate will play a vital role in driving automation to free up resources for strategic priorities of the company. The role will also be responsible for providing analytical support to functional transformation initiatives that are building the foundation to provide end-to-end visibility into business processes. This role will interact with a wide range of business leaders to understand processes, analyze data, and present findings.

Job Responsibilities

Data analysis to support business transformation

Develop machine learning algorithms to analyze business performance

Partner with business SMEs and help evaluate strategic options

Assist in developing business cases and strategic recommendations

Interact with various finance groups including functional FP&A to understand impact to budget/long range plans

Provide support in developing executive communications

Provide project management support as necessary

Perform ad hoc analysis and support special projects

Basic Qualifications:

Master's degree

OR

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of data analytics or related experience

OR

Associate's degree and 6 years of data analytics or related experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of data analytics or related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience in developing algorithms and analyzing data

Statistical or mathematical modeling experience

Strong quantitative and analytical skills including some familiarity with finance and accounting terms

Excellent Excel/ PowerPoint skills are strongly preferred

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally in an organization

Energetic, detailed oriented, highly motivated with a 'can do' outlook

Proven ability to work effectively in in ambiguous situations and team environment

The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under time
