The External Relationship Management team within the Translational Sciences Operations department has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, data-driven and result-oriented innovative Project Manager who embraces, and thrives on, managing changes to improve organizational performance.

Manage projects within established scope, schedule, and budget, aligning project tactics with project strategy
Facilitate effective project meetings, cross-functional communication and decision making in a matrix environment
Make recommendations for optimization of business processes, facilities and/or resources as required per the scope of the transformation initiatives
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progresses towards goals
Prepares presentations and reports for cross-functional stakeholders
Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 2 years of operations or scientific experience
OR Bachelor's degree and 4 years of operations or scientific experience
OR Associate's degree and 10 years of operations or scientific experience
OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of operations or scientific experience
Demonstrated project management experience in a biotech organization, with the ability to lead multiple activities while maintaining a focus on quality
Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with a broad spectrum of audiences in a highly matrixed organization with geographically dispersed teams
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong oral and written communications skills; demonstrated ability to create and deliver presentations and reports
Effectively leverage Microsoft suite and other business tools, including project management software such as MS Project, and flowcharting software such as Visio, to accomplish results.
Innovative and collaborative spirit, flexible to adapt to a dynamic environment, and resourceful
Work guided by operational and project objectives - under minimal direction
Proven ability to grasp general knowledge of multiple disciplines
