Amgen Digital Innovation Project Manager in Singapore, Singapore

Amgen Singapore Digital Health Hub is seeking a talented, self-directed Digital Innovation Project Manager to drive insight and project development prioritization for key disease state technology and digital innovation projects.

The Digital Innovation Project Manager will work closely with the Singapore Digital Heath and Technology teams (project leader, customer experience manager), and regional & global stakeholders, to define and manage the innovation research workstreams, as well as the project priortisation and execution of the subsequent digital roadmaps .

This person is responsible for managing the internal matrix; marketing, medical, compliance partners, as well as the research, technology, start-ups, government and healthcare stakeholders that any particular project may require. As we continue to build more digital projects into our JAPAC digital hub, the Digital Innovation Project Manager would assist in implementing and developing processes for those channels to continue to raise the bar for JAPAC healthcare systems and patients that we develop solutions for.

The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, excellent communications skills, superior digital and research acumen, and a proven ability to work as a small innovation team, within a industry-leading biotech company, with cross-functional teams, in Singapore, JAPAC, and globally.

Responsibilities

Manage patient and HCP research projects, and all associated processes - i.e. gathering inputs, leading prioritization meetings, communicating changes to stakeholders, exception and escalation process, etc.

Manage the development of technical digital innovation outputs and products with internal and third party vendors and start-ups.

Create, manage and track project vehicles, including, but not limited to:Project schedules for research and execution of digital centric projects

Detailed project plans

Project scope statements

Cost estimates

Resource plans

Risk and issues logs

Status reports

Brainstorm with core team and project teams to translate HCP and patients' problem statements into innovative solutions

Share responsibility with site lead and other team members for developing and maintaining successful long-term client relationships across private and public healthcare sector

Work with local and global team stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery

Manage communication with project team members, management, and stakeholders

Own the project risk identification and mitigation process

Support the design and development of state-of-the-art solutions

Qualifications

Ability to combine technical knowledge with some creative instinct to come up with original solutions across all digital platform

Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Ability to not only to work as part of a team, but to own part of the team and bring their individuality to the team

3+ years of marketing, research, technical project management experience

Bachelor's degree
