Amgen Sr. Manager, Learning & Development in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

The Learning and Development Sr. Mgr, will lead development and execution of high-impact learning and performance support solutions for the JAPAC region.

Business Partnership

Build and maintain relationships with key HR and business stakeholders in the designated client group

Conduct performance and learning needs analysis for all designated client groups in JAPAC

Act as a primary point of contact for HR and client group senior leaders relating to leadership, talent and OD

Partner with functional training leads and HRBP's to determine the content of Amgen's Learning For Growth and Global Leadership Academy curricula

Client Centered Development Solutions

Design of regional and local programs, curricula, events and learning interventions to meet client needs

Build learning solutions into an annual business plan aligned with the functions' key goals for the upcoming year

Evaluation of the impact of client centered solutions delivered

Leverage of existing Amgen resources, e-learning services and vendors as required

Global Core Program Delivery and Quality

Delivery of leadership development components of the Global Leadership Academy

Evaluate the quality of Learning For Growth vendor delivered programs in the region

Partner with Global Program Management to provide all required information to plan and organize and evaluate

Lead on the design and continuous improvement of global core programs

HRBP Development

Conduct regional needs analysis for HRBP development needs when required

To take a lead role on subject matter expertise for the GLTOD team to leverage content and advice

Design and deliver train the trainer events for HRBP's involved in project implementation

Design and deliver best practice tools and resources for HRBP's to use with clients

Project Management

Act as the lead project manager in the roll out of global and regional learning initiatives and programs

Act as the point of contact and interface between global L&P and JAPAC HR in planning roll out

Team Leadership

Leads a team to ensure successful performance and sustained engagement and development as part of GLTOD
