This role will:

  • Sales Force Effectiveness- interface with country professionals to provide tools, best practices and analyses to support countries' commercial effectiveness initiatives including sales force tracking/KPIs, coordinate with regional training, Multichannel marketing, IS, HR and Commercial excellence to foster commercial capability building

  • Responsible for CRM practices across region, SIP monitoring and program enhancements

  • Conduct resource capacity analysis

  • Coordinate with Country directors to review compliance/ complement market segmentation approach, metrics, training and system requirements

  • Ensure that SME strategies (SIP, CRM practices, training) across countries are aligned, effective and working with region

  • Serve as regional 'data steward' for regional data repository, ensuring proper procurement, curation, storage and dashboarding of data from countries; heavy coordination with IS on system implementation

Support Multichannel marketing on analytics of MCM programs (ROI and other KPI on regional and country efforts, including CLM metrics)

Qualifications:

  • Related Doctorate degree & 2 years of related experience, OR

  • Related Master's degree & 6 years of related experience, OR

  • Related Bachelor's degree or & 8 years of related experience

  • At least 3 years in biotech / pharma or life sciences management consulting doing project portfolio management, strategic planning, resource management, decision sciences, and / or financial planning

  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of advanced modeling and forecasting methods and tools

  • Demonstrated ability to apply decision analysis methods and financial valuation to complex product development and portfolio decisions

  • Experience in developing financial and / or resource forecasting models

  • Record of success in participation on and in supporting teams

  • Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
