Accountabilities to local brand lead of bone franchise

Maximises the bone franchise potential at national level

Executes bone franchise Country Operating Plan

Delivers branding campaign in line with international guidance

Responsibilities

Identifies business opportunities, develops business cases to maximize penetration into primary care market

Develops and implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan

Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings)

Partners with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimise the brand performance (goals of clinical trials, KOL development, etc.)

Develops LRP with Business Planner

Partners with local brand lead and international PM

Proposes national sales target and achieves agreement with Business Unit Leader and Sales/District Managers

Analyses market research and develops POA

Agrees with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans

Designs and executes promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages

Recruits and manages external vendors

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Academic education or experience from similar positions

Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in industry

1 to 3 years as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing function

Fluency in English, both oral and written communications

Financial and budgeting skills and experience

Documented track record of product launch

Computer skills (MS Office programs)

Eligible to work in Hong Kong

Preferred Requirements

Minimum 2 years in a big pharmaceutical company

Documented experience in bone or other primary care therapeutic area will be a plus

Documented success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position

Fluent in Cantonese
