Amgen Associate Project Coordinator Assistant in Budapest, Hungary

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of a global commercial projects through administrative support, reporting to Project Director on specific projects and operational tasks

Coordinates information and optimizes tasks and functional processes efficiently

Job Duties:

Serves as a primary contact for and coordinates ongoing processes for the project team

Ensure timely coordination of department member and administrative needs:

Manages calendars

Coordinates local and international meetings, arrange travels, visitor accommodations

Screens and acts on incoming phone calls and e-mails

Manages department operations: filing, develops database, tracks budget

Coordinates functional processes, such invoicing and payments, proceeds PO requests

Manages the administrative aspects of relationship with outside vendors

Organize telephone conferences and meetings collaboration with outsourced partners and support with preparations

Prepares agendas, takes and completes meeting minutes, coordinates distribution and follows up on action items

Independently responds to routine correspondence, determines best approach and presentation when preparing the formatting correspondence, memoranda, reports and presentations

Continuous evaluation with manager on administrative resources needs
